Surveypoint enables you to include online consultation surveys on your touch screen kiosks. Surveypoint surveys are designed specifically to be used with touch screen kiosks.

The need for regular consultation is now an ever increasing fact of life in the public sector. Traditional consultation methods such as leafleting, clipboarding and focus groups are time consuming, labour intensive and expensive. The rate of return for leafleting methods is also surprisingly low. For these reasons we’ve launched SurveyPoint, a touch-screen based system that makes life much easier for anyone engaged in gathering information and opinions from the public.

Surveys are run on one or many machines simultaneously, all of which can be located in varying widely dispersed locations. Multiple surveys can also be run at the same time if required. The answers to survey questions are collected together wirelessly, and stored at a central server location. This central results server can then be interrogated any time by the admin user and reports containing the results can be downloaded at any time.

The hardware is similarly purpose-designed and our stylish kiosks are available in compact wall-mounted, floor standing or portable variants. Rugged Touchscreen Kiosk

Originally designed for use within car dealership workshops to be used by technicians. It had to be capable of working in a very harsh environment day in, day out and have very high reliability.
Rugged Touchscreen

The touchscreen is a glass backed 5 wire resistive touchscreen. This can be operated by any touch including gloved hands, and does not matter if grease and grime are present on the screen. It is very easily cleaned with ordinary glass cleaner.

Rugged Touchscreen Kiosk Design

The sturdy chassis has an integrated IP65 (dust and liquid proof) keyboard and trackerball, keeping grime out and making it easy to clean. The Juno is designed for wall mounting, preserving valuable workbench space but can be desk mounted if required.

Rugged Touchscreen User Identifier

The Juno II kiosk comes with unique magnetic key system for each indivual users identification. Whenever a user logs in with the key their current workplan appears on screen. Juno II used the I-button technology seen in EPOS systems in Pubs and Bars. The indentifier ‘keys’ are small, robust and can be worn on a keyring.

Because of the robust nature of the kiosk, it has a reliability rate far exceeding that of a standard PC in a workshop, showing a clear return on investment.
